Ktrio Accounting was founded on a simple belief: accounting should be about relationships, not just year-end tax compliance.

Over the years, I realised many business owners wanted more than someone to prepare a tax return. They wanted someone they could call, someone who genuinely cared, someone who would explain things simply and walk alongside them on their journey. Most people don't just want their tax done, they want to understand their numbers and feel confident making decisions.

I'm Kylie Crawford, founder of Ktrio Accounting, and my passion is helping everyday New Zealanders feel confident running their business. Whether you've always dreamed of being self-employed or simply found yourself in business by following your passion, I'm here to support, guide and be someone you can rely on.

As a Small Business Accountant, I believe business owners deserve more than just an accountant, they deserve someone in their corner. I take the time to get to know you, understand your goals and explain things simply, without confusing accounting terms or making you feel silly for asking questions. No question is ever too small.

When things get complicated with IRD, I'm here to translate the technical language, handle the back-and-forth and guide you through the stressful moments so you never feel like you're facing them alone.

At Ktrio Accounting, I don't believe in taking control of your money. I believe in helping you understand it. My goal as a Small Business Accountant is to educate, empower and give you the confidence to make informed decisions about your business and your future.

I'm intentionally relationship-focused, not volume-focused. I'd rather know my clients by name than by client number because I believe everyone deserves to feel supported, heard and genuinely cared for.

I'm not trying to build the biggest accounting practice. I'm building a boutique practice where relationships come first. By keeping my client base manageable, I can provide the time, guidance and ongoing support that small businesses deserve, helping them grow with confidence while always knowing they have someone in their corner.
