Hi, I'm Kylie Crawford—mum, animal lover, coffee enthusiast, and founder of Ktrio Accounting & Business Advisory.

With over 15 years' experience in accounting, tax and business support, I'm passionate about helping self-employed individuals and small businesses across New Zealand feel confident with their numbers and less overwhelmed by their tax obligations.

One of my biggest passions is helping people who never planned on becoming business owners—they simply followed their passion and suddenly found themselves self-employed. I love helping everyday people understand the accounting and tax side of their business, so they can spend less time worrying about the numbers and more time doing what they love.

Throughout my career, I've worked closely with sole traders, partnerships, and companies, supporting them with everything from GST and annual accounts to tax, Xero and practical business advice.

I believe accounting is about much more than preparing financial statements and tax returns. It's about building genuine relationships, explaining things simply, and giving people the confidence to make informed decisions about their business.Whether you're a midwife, farmer, real estate agent, rental property owner or another self-employed professional, my goal is to make accounting approachable and easy to understand. I want every client to feel supported, informed and confident in the decisions they make.
